🧠 Just found out I have ALM

(“Application Lifecycle Management” – not a disease, just something equally stressful.)

You ever build something in Power Platform that feels like a masterpiece... until it’s time to deploy and suddenly you’re deep in dependency whack-a-mole, XML archaeology, and wondering what life choices brought you here?

Working with Copilot Studio agents is fun – until it’s not. Actions get added, connection references multiply, and then BAM – your solution file looks like a toddler named it during a sugar high.

Fun discovery:
If your action’s “Display Name” and “Action Name” don’t match, you’re basically setting yourself up for confusion and low agent performance.
Yes, you’ll need to open the action after creating it and manually fix the name.
No, Microsoft hasn’t made that easier yet.
Yes, I cried a little.

But once you clean things up – consistent names, clear connections – your agent works better, your solution makes sense, and you might even get to clock out on time.

Maybe.
